UniAdmire is an educational consultancy firm registered in Turkey, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data in compliance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). DATA CONTROLLER

UniAdmire acts as the Data Controller under KVKK and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

We collect and process the following personal data as part of our educational consultancy services:

  • Identity Information: Full name, nationality, date of birth, passport/ID details
  • Contact Information: Email address, phone number, residential address
  • Academic Records: Transcripts, diplomas, certificates, letters of recommendation
  • Financial Information: Scholarship details, tuition payment records (if applicable)
  • Sensitive Data: Health reports (only if required by universities), biometric data (if necessary for application processing)

    • PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

    Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • University Application Processing: Submitting applications, obtaining admissions, and securing scholarships
  • Legal and Compliance Obligations: Ensuring compliance with Turkish and international education regulations
  • Communication & Support: Responding to inquiries, assisting with application status, and customer service
